Summary: Maddy's Care Triage Tool lives on the Maddy Member Portal and is available to all portal account members. Based on user inputs, the Care Triage Tool will help steer members to available high-quality, low-cost care options.
Design Problem Statement: Functionality should guide members seeking medical care for themselves or covered family members through a series of questions to help them choose their desired care.
My Role: Ideation, Requirement Development, Information Architecture, Prototyping - UI Design, Usability Testing.
